That I only stayed one night

Felt like my family was unsafe. Bed had four long pieces of hair. Scary people were standing outside our room all night long. Check in process sucked because it took place behind 4 inch bulletproof glass. Keep your family safe find another hotel room!

Best hotel for reasonable price. 15 min. walking from Universal parks and Orlando Premium Mall.

We were very impressed (positively) when we arrive to the Super 8! It was much nicier than what we expected considering the price we paid! The room was clean, newly and modern furnished, two queensized beds (good for 4pax). The location was10 minutes walking distance from Universal Studios and 30min ride with the free shuttle to Disney.

Small breakfast room is the only thing, even if we always arrived first that the others!

Everything was great. The staff was very nice specially the attendant Juliana who speaks perfect Portuguese. Room was clean and nice and the location is perfect, very near to Universal Studios and Wet and Wild and very close to the Outlets and Millenia Mall. Breakfast was a suprise, some nice options and if you want to buy things in advance and get it delivered to the hotel, no problem. They will keep for you and do not charge anything for it. Perfect for those who wants a clean and nice room paying less and wants to visit the parks and go shopping.

The concierge is a very nice man but he sells tickets for the park more expensive than in the park entrance although he mentions that you are saving money buying with him. Also he gave us some wrong information like the distance to Bush Gardens (he said it would be 40min away and in fact it was 1,5 hours) and some wrong information about park opening hours. Apart from that, the rest was perfect.

They took us to the pick up point for our tour when our cab did not arrive.

Breakfast choice we limited but ok.

Very good big hotel near the universal studios! You can go to to the universal studios by foot (aroumd 15minutes) or by free shuttle bus (departure 1x in the forenoon and going back 1x in the evening). a lot of hotels/restaurants/shopping possibilities nearby. Coffee machine in room, great breakfast. Very friendly staff. You can also buy tickets for the theme parks directly in the hotel.

No microwave and fridgener

Close to Wet and Wild and Universal. Large room with comfortable bed and big enough bath. Very good value for money. Staff also nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there another time.

i liked the location, its centered and it was relaxing.

the breakfast

The staff really did try to make us as comfortable as possible even let our friends who have a child with a disability stay for no additional charge to them nor for the cot they brought to our room for the child. The staff work very hard, one of the concierge staff helped us out one evening and helped us again the next morning!

Our one room before they moved us smelled heavily of cleaning product (at least it was clean!). But they moved us to a better smelling room with a quieter bathroom fan :)

The room and the breakfast was great. Room was cleaned perfectly and there are a variety of breakfast served; cereal, muffins, pastries, bread, waffle, oatmeal, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, tea, hot choc, fruits, yogurts etc.

The shuttle service to and from universal studio was bad. We waited almost 1/2 to 1 hour each day to get back to the hotel but, the shuttle was never come. We had to take taxi to get back to the hotel. The staffs didn't really help us when we asked about the shuttle everytime we called. And, they didn't tell us that they changed the shuttle timing to the disneyworld! We had to wait for an hour for that. IF the shuttle service was good, I would definitely give 5stars to this hotel.

The staff was friendly and super accommodating. The location was fantastic - super close proximity to Universal Studios. And the rates were phenomenal. A great little motel. (Note: motel. You're getting what you pay for here, so don't expect 4 stars! :)

It was terrible!staff were rude and did not accommodate guest well.they were very badly trained to work with customers.the place is like a project with dirty rooms terrible breakfast and definitely not worth it.I Will never stay there agan ill rather pay the extra money and stay at the otherhotels

Didn't like anything bout it besides that the room was cold and had a bathroom!worse hotel ever whha it should be is a project not a hotel.

1 mile from Universal and probably about 10 miles from Disney World. Also the staff was helpful and nice. Also had a nice quick continental breakfast.

No complaints based on the cost.

My rooms were not that clean. Dirty carpets, no trash bin, sheet linens dirties. I just didnt have any choice. I guessed that was my first & last. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Price is coherent with the facilities. The room is simple and comfortable. If you're going to spend the whole day in the theme parks, the hotel is just great to spend the night.

The breakfast. The breakfast was too poor. It was not a continental breakfast at all. There was just bread, cereal, coffee and orange juice.
